I could hear voice chat for a few days but then the bug returned again and I can't hear voice chat "again". No chat balloons no "Voice chat reestablished" message either again.

No matter what I do I can't hear voice. I've tried enabling and disabling voice chat, turning on and off push to talk, logging in and out, still can't hear voice. My mic is broke and I don't think I'll be getting another soon. Can this bug be fixed?
